Sueko post-operative course

Apr/22 First email fr. her after surgery;
"I moved from the ICU to HCU the day before yesterday and to the general ward yesterday! Sorry to worry you. Is Osamu and Hirotoshi, elder brother, okay? "
I replyed "That's Goood!! you can now send emails" a little relieved w/ this message.

Apr/23 On the way to Norikura after finishing the treatment w/ i-ROCK, I got a phone call w/ the nurse in charge of Sue's care and listened to the progress explanation"a few days late until the postoperative tube came off, but now her condition is stable" so returned home w/o visiting the hospital, arrived at 23:00 ... the snow melted, but Norikura is freezing cold!

Apr/24 The day before yesterday, Sue was released fr. the HCU and moved to the general ward ... "I'm worried about the foods in the fridges" and was relieved to see this message.

Apr/25 Fr. Sue in the morning;
- She has informed me of the situation when she was urgently taken to the hospital by ambulance.
"My neighbor's wit saved my life. So please thank Midori.." immediately gave a thank-you greeting on the phone.
- "I start walking to the bathroom and looking forward to taking a shower as all the tubes come off."
- "I'm happy all the pain is gone now!" recovering smoothly.. is going to be a happy day:-)

Apr/27 "I did my best to rehabilitate my body and vocal cords this morning." is recovering steadily for another day.

May/ 2 Sue was discharged yesterday after two weeks and finaly came home!!
Many thanks to everyone who had taking care of Sue under covid-19 situation
and pray for safety and peace.

May/13

For the past few days, Sue has an appetite and wants to eat this and that... the amount of cat rice has changed to the amount of dogs. In addition, it was a day when she went around the backyard where the little birds sang and got energized by the buds of skunk cabbage and tree buds. She is steadily recovering:-)
We are grateful to be able to rest slowly.

Jun/ 1  Sue had a check up last Tuesday and diagnosed as having a good course. According to the doctor in charge, it will take another month to follow up on Sue just to be sure.
We appreciate your concern and understanding, two of us are spending our days in good spirits while being healed by the nature of Norikura.

Very much looking forward to welcome all of you w/o worrying about corona infection near future!!
